I'LL BRING YOU COVER WHEN YOU'RE COLD, YOU'LL BRING ME YOUTH WHEN I GROW OLD

Mood: Awake
Music: You And Whose Army?; by Radiohead

There's a new comic up. Yeah, I know Casey is learning kung fu pretty quick, but he won't really be kung fu fighting (everybody was kung fu fighting, those kids were fast as lightning) for a while. This is more a grounding so he'll know how to defend himself.

I'm not entirely sure when the next comic will be.

I was just thinking about 'Friends', which is stupid of me already, but bear with me. I think Aisha Tyler in the last season was the first black love interest the show has ever had. I can't think of any others. But then, maybe I just don't know enough 'Friends', which may not be a bad thing.

I HAVE YOUR BLOOD INSIDE MY HEART

Mood: Okay
Music: Darkness; by Peter Gabriel

There's a new comic. If you don't get it, tough.

Work is tiring, but funny. Today we spent about two and a half hours transferring dresses from wall racks to round racks. Then our new appearance manager started complaining about them being packed to tightly. So she and our store manager had a long discussion of alternate plans, before realizing a couple of things, most importantly, that we didn't have enough round racks to begin with, so putting even more stuff on them was actually impossible. So now we're moving them back. Exasperated, I told this story to a coworker who was not involved. She grinned and said, "When that happens to me I just think, 'Hey, job security.'"

Megatokyo's gonna be printed by Dark Horse? Holy shit. Lucky bastards.

It's Wednesday, which means there's extra West Wing on tv to enjoy. You all should watch it, it's one of the few shows that makes you smarter as opposed to removing your brain, hitting it with a big flat brick, and then putting it back in, as other shows tend to do.

THE GOOD NEW STUFF

Mood: Okay
Music: Jonathon Fisk; by Spoon

There's a new comic up, featuring some some seriously kung fulicious skills. There will, naturally, be some action coming up as Saul teaches Casey some fightin' stuff.

Hey, everyone should listen to the band Spoon. They kick so much ass that they have to get a special ass kicking permit just to tune their instruments.
