SHINY SILVER DOLLAR ON EITHER EYE
Mood: a killing time kinda bored
Music: Terminal Annex; by Harvey Danger
I was going through the archives of Hard Underbelly recently, and I've decided that I like my own art more and more. It's really rough at the beginning, but I feel there's a definate increase in quality as time goes on and we approach the present. I'm not saying it's great now or anything, just better than it used to be. And for those of you who don't like my talking head comics and prefer my choppy, artistically unsound brand of action, fear not, it shall return in early March.
I'm going to the Second Annual Emerald City Comic-Con on Sunday the leap year 29th. There I will be seeking out the autographs of Greg Rucka, Brian Michael Bendis, and Darrick Robertson in particular. I will probably also be hounding Stan Sakai to sign something for me, even though the only actual Usagai Yojimbo merchandise I own is a watch. Maybe I'll have him sign a napkin or my chest.
